Connect AI discussions with MultiFormat

Chain discussions into a workflow: arrange two to five formats so that the result of one step becomes the brief of the next, with checks that route the outcome.

A shared brief starts an Expert panel, followed by a Judged debate and a Decision stress-test. Saved briefs connect the steps; Prepare input drafts a proposal before the debate starts.
Each step runs a full format. A saved brief connects it to the next.

What makes it different

Each step runs as the format it names and hands the next step a brief built from its result, every item labelled with where it came from; a check between steps can send the workflow down one route or stop it for your review.

MultiFormat

One result becomes the next brief.

Some questions need more than one kind of discussion. MultiFormat connects two to five steps into one workflow: for example, explore an idea with an Expert panel, put the proposal through a Judged debate, then challenge the decision in a Decision stress-test. Each step runs its own format, with its own participants, limits and report.

You write a shared brief and give each step a job. Before the next step starts, MultiFormat saves a brief carrying the earlier result forward, with each item labelled by its source. You can inspect that handoff, and add a review checkpoint to read or edit it before continuing. A brief that does not fit the next format stops for correction.

Checks between steps can choose a route using rules or a model’s judgment. The workflow report records the route taken, so you can follow how one result led to the next. Chaining formats does not turn simulated reactions into real customer evidence or make a model’s conclusion certain.

Step 1 finishes and its next brief is saved. A review checkpoint waits for you to edit the brief or continue; Step 2 starts only after you continue.
Review the next brief, make your edits, then continue when you are ready.

When to use it

Explore an idea with an Expert panel, examine it in a Judged debate, then challenge the decision in a Decision stress-test.

What you take away

A workflow report showing the route taken, with saved handoff briefs and each step’s own native run and report.

Where it stops

A workflow adds no certainty: each step is as directional as the format it runs, and a check only routes on what the previous step wrote.
