Terms of Service

The agreement between you and the operator of Delibora. It covers what the service is, what you may do with it, what it costs and what neither side promises.

In effect since 2026-10-10

Who you are contracting with

Delibora is operated by [operator's full name and postal address] ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or uses the service, whether on a paid plan or during the beta.

Questions about this agreement go to hello@delibora.com.

What Delibora is

Delibora runs structured discussions between several AI participants and records them turn by turn. It ships five things on one runtime: multi-agent discussions, Shark Tank pitch reviews, TribeMind audience simulations, moderated Focus Groups and Idea Tournaments.

The AI participants are language models reached through third-party providers. We choose which models are offered and we pass your instructions to them, but we do not build the models and we do not control what they say.

Your account

You need an account to run anything. You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

One account is for one person. If several people need access, each needs their own.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

Plans and billing

Delibora is sold on three plans — Basic, Pro and Enterprise — each billed either monthly or yearly. The price and what each plan includes are shown before you buy and are what you are charged.

Where offered, a Basic Day Pass is a one-time purchase for the duration shown before payment. It does not renew automatically and provides Basic features with the Day Pass usage limits only until the expiry shown in your billing page.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. A subscription renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled, and each renewal is charged at the start of the new period.

A plan includes a monthly allowance of model usage. When the allowance is used up, runs stop until the next period begins. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

What you may not do

Do not use Delibora to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to generate material that sexualises children, incites violence, or is designed to harass or defraud a real person.

Do not attempt to reach other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the service, resell access, or use the service to build a competing model or product from its outputs at scale.

The providers behind the models have their own usage rules. Breaking those is also a breach of these terms, because it is our access that gets withdrawn.

Your content and what we do with it

What you put into Delibora stays yours: your briefs, your uploaded evidence, your transcripts and your reports. You give us the permission we need to run the service — to store that material, to send the parts a run needs to a model provider, and to show it back to you.

We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it. What we send to a provider and what we keep is described in the privacy policy.

What the models produce

Model output is generated text. It can be wrong, invented, biased or internally inconsistent, and it is not advice — not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Check anything you intend to act on.

Simulated audiences and synthetic participants are simulations. They are not research subjects, they are not a sample of any real population, and a result from them is not evidence about real people.

The same prompt can produce different output on a different day. Nothing here promises a particular result.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and we do not promise a level of availability. Maintenance, provider outages and failures happen, and a run can fail because a model provider failed.

We may change, add or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period you have already paid.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time — how, and what happens to your access, is on the cancellation page.

You can also delete your account at any time, under Account in the application. That ends this agreement at once: a running plan stops immediately and the rest of the period you have paid for is not refunded. The privacy policy says what is deleted and what is kept.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used to harm someone, or that we are required to act on by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data beyond our backups, or decisions taken on the strength of model output.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability is limited, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Law and disputes

Swiss law governs this agreement, leaving aside its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes go to the courts of the place in Switzerland where we are based.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and it does not stop you from going to the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always says which version is current. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it; if you do not, cancel.
