Cancellation and Refunds
How to cancel, when it takes effect, when money comes back and what happens to your runs afterwards.
In effect since 2026-10-10
Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you like, from the billing portal you reach inside the application. No notice period, no phone call, no reason required.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for.
What happens to your access
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for — the end of the month on a monthly subscription, the end of the year on a yearly one. The date is shown in the billing portal.
When that date passes, the subscription ends and the account can no longer start new runs. Nothing is deleted at that moment.
A Day Pass ends at its displayed expiry time. It cannot be extended by changing the offer settings after purchase. You may buy a subscription while a pass is active; when that payment succeeds, the subscription replaces the pass and unused pass time is not refunded or added to the subscription.
Refunds
A period already begun is not refunded pro rata, because the model usage it funds is bought as the runs happen.
A Day Pass is also not refunded pro rata after access begins. A full refund ends that pass's access. Access is suspended while a card payment dispute is open; if the dispute is decided in our favour, any unexpired time on the original pass is restored.
Two exceptions. If we withdraw a feature you are paying for, or if the service is unusable for a sustained period through our fault, write to us and we will refund the unused part of the period.
If you were charged in error — twice for the same period, or after a cancellation took effect — tell us and we will return it in full.
If you are a consumer
Delibora has no voluntary money-back period, and Swiss law, which governs this contract, gives no right to withdraw from an online purchase.
Where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract within a cooling-off period, that right applies and nothing here limits it. In the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom the period is 14 days from the day you subscribe or buy a Day Pass.
Your subscription or Day Pass starts when payment is confirmed, because starting at once is what you ask for when you buy. If you withdraw after it has started, you owe an amount in proportion to what the service had already provided when you told us, and we refund the rest within 14 days to the payment method you used.
To withdraw, it is enough to tell us at hello@delibora.com within the period. No form is required; any clear statement will do.
Changing plan or rhythm
Moving between plans, or between monthly and yearly billing, is done through the billing portal. A change takes effect according to the terms shown at the moment you make it.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries a failed renewal for a while. If it keeps failing the subscription ends and the account stops being able to start runs. Paying the outstanding invoice restores it.
Your runs after cancelling
Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything. Your transcripts and reports stay in the account and you can still read and export them.
Deleting your account is separate, and it does delete your content, at once and for good. If a plan is still running, deleting the account ends it immediately and the unused part is not refunded, so export what you want to keep first. The retention section of the privacy policy says what is deleted and what is kept.
